An original unrestored brass ships engine room telegraph Circa 1920.

The freestanding piece is double sided with an oval bezel and two arms with wooden handles which rotate to different positions indicated on the face, which has the standard commands in English.

The whole piece stands on a cylindrical, tapering upright finishing with a flared base. Complete with a side paraffin vessel, with wick, to illuminate the dial.

Left in its natural tarnished state – commensurate with age.

An interesting feature piece of maritime history for the nautical fanatic or coastal home.
