Please make sure you have checked the measurements of your entry and access points of where you want the item to go to make sure it will fit when delivered.

If you change your mind, or decide for any other reason, that you do not want to purchase the Goods before the Goods have been dispatched, you can cancel the order by phoning or emailing us and receive a refund.
Please make sure you do this before the item is dispatched for delivery.
The right to cancel does not apply to the following types of Goods, which are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements.
If you cancel an order after an item has already been dispatched for delivery, the costs of delivery are non-refundable.
Where a non-refundable deposit has been paid to secure an item, the deposit will still be non-refundable but remains eligible to be transferred against other goods.
When purchasing online, consumers based in the European Union can request to return the Goods up to 14 days after the Goods have been received. Once accepted, the buyer is responsible for the shipment and should organise it as soon as possible (except in the case of a return of faulty/damaged Goods).

Additionally, you may not return an item for “inaccurate listing” reasons when its dimensions or other characteristics do not fit its requirements.

In case of a return, the costs of delivery (i.e. outbound delivery costs when Goods are sent from us to you) are non-refundable.
You are also responsible for organising the return of Goods and for paying return delivery costs. Once the item is returned to us in the same condition, we will confirm receipt and process your refund.
If an item is returned to us damaged, or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process the refund, in which case you have the option of us either sending it back to you (for which you would have to cover the delivery costs) or leaving it with us to do as we see fit. All items are inspected on return.
Acting under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return faulty Goods that are damaged in transportation or if the listing on the Site is materially inaccurate, misleading, or misrepresents the Goods. In these cases, you must provide photographic evidence to us or reject the delivery on arrival.
Please note that vintage items are not sold as new and are likely to show signs of wear and tear. This is NOT sufficient grounds for a refund. We urge you to inspect the photographs listed for the Goods very carefully before buying.
All items bought in store can also be returned within 14 days of purchase and we will happily offer an exchange or credit note, but only if the item is returned in exactly the same condition as it left us. We reserve the right to refuse a return of an item if it has been altered by you in any way.
