A French 1960s Supermatic by Brevet “Le Tubmenager” extending dining table set.
The table has a wood effect Formica top, cutlery drawer and chrome legs.
The two leaves swing up via a robust chrome handle, sprung mechanism which is smooth and easy to use. The legs are removable by a locking screw for easy transport – a really unusual design.
The Formica and chrome are both in excellent condition.
There are four matching chrome ‘Bistro’ chairs, also in good vintage condition – no rips or splits to the brown vinyl.
An unusual and smart mid century piece of furniture for kitchen or dining room.
